The model number on our chargers is usually located on the side of the charging station, printed on a label attached to the plastic. The date code can be found at the bottom, and it will be easy to identify since it is engraved on the housing and has a date format. You only need to provide the first six digits.

Letters and numbers

Most of our batteries have the model number on the warning label attached to the plastic. It is made up of letters and numbers. You should be able to see it if you place the battery facing up.

Four DEWALT battery packs are displayed in a grid. Each battery has a close-up inset showing its model number: DCB201, DCB205, DCB203, and DCB606. The batteries are placed on a light grey textured background.
